Electric vehicle drivers will be pleased to know that we offer FLO charging stations in our exterior parking lot as well as in the indoor and covered parking facilities.

We know the value of a bicycle and how it can be worrisome to leave it outside, in full public view. This is why we offer 12 secure Vélo-Transit bike lockers.

Located in our underground parking, these highly secured smart lockers provide complete protection for your bike, giving you peace of mind.

How to use the lockers

Subscribe to the Vélo-Transit service by scanning the QR code depicted on the bike lockers and use the mobile app to unlock the locker.

Insert your bike, back wheel first, in the compartment, close the door and slide the latch.

Using the mobile app, lock the compartment without completing your session. You will complete it when you retrieve your bike.

SELF-SERVE SMART LOCKER RENTAL FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Using the Expedibox locker technology, our self-service smart lockers provide a great rental solution to store shopping bags, packages or luggage, leaving you free to explore Magog and its surroundings.

Built of 1.5 mm steel, these modular lockers of various sizes are resistant to theft.

How to use the lockers

Scan the QR code on the lockers’ touchscreen and follow the instructions on your smartphone. Enter the drop-off code on the keypad of the Expedibox lockers.

The locker will open; place your belongings inside, close the door, lock it, and enjoy your stay in Magog.

To recover your belongings, enter the retrieval code. The locker will open, and you can pick-up your personal effects.
